Felony Drug Charges Reduced after Motion Filed by Attorney

Felony drug charges reduced to misdemeanor with no jail time after Brandon filed a motion to suppress evidence involving a violation of his client's constitutional fourth amendment rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizures, and the presiding Judge found the officer's testimony not to be credible after Brandon cross-examined the officer on the stand.
