Criminal Electronic Enticement Charge Reduced

Electronic Enticement Charge, which carried a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of ten years, reduced to a lesser felony charge with time served and probation after Brandon filed a motion to suppress and raised a key legal defense involving a violation of his client's constitutional Miranda rights.
